The activities in Sri Lanka for a foreign country employment are governed by the terms and conditions stated by Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE). SLBFE is a government body functioning in order control recruitment of Sri Lankans for overseas employment.
An approval from SLBFE is compulsory for any overseas recruitment in Sri Lanka, and in lieu for that following documents needs to be submitted on a prescribed format.
