Sri Lanka Manpower Solutions by providing all sorts of work-force with full opportunity to select our candidates according to their selection procedures are bound by the following terms and conditions as per the instruction and requirement of the Sri Lankan government for the purpose of security and assurance:

All our commitments and assignments should remain protected and confidential on the behalf of Sri Lanka and her clients.

All the information, either confidential or public knowledge should be maintained in any adverse condition.
•
The basic understanding, through which our reciprocal relationships develop, should be maintained.
•
If any new term and condition arising out of the change in government policy or by any reason between us should immediately resolve out so that the proper solutions for the same can be solved out by earliest.

Our normal intention is to allow all negotiations to take place between the employer and employee in an apparent manner without any variance in agreement.

Some other instructions are also there, under which employers can not take more work to our employees and all the facilities available for a native people should also meet to our employees. Hence, employers cannot ask for lengthy work-hour or round the week work. They have to give proper care to it.
